PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the strength and reduced weight of a suspension arm at the same time in a high level. SOLUTION: The suspension arm 10 has a U shape in a section in a direction intersecting orthogonally to a longitudinal direction, and includes boundaries 20a1 and 20b1 having different thickness in the longitudinal direction. In a boundary part, on a bottom part opposed to an opening part 22 having the U shaped section, a protruding part 24a is formed which is restricted so as to protrude in an opposite side to the opening part 22.
