PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio decoding device capable of mixing audio signals of each channel with a small operation amount even when the audio signals of each channel are encoded using windows with different length. SOLUTION: The audio decoding device 1 has: a spectrum conversion part 23 which calculates a first signal string having the same time resolution and frequency resolution to all channels by dividing first frequency spectrums of each channel of a first encoded audio signal having a plurality of channels in the time direction or the frequency direction; a down mixing part 24 which synthesizes at least one second signal string by performing weighted addition of signals at the same time and in the same frequency band among the first signal strings of all the channels; spectrum inverse conversion parts (26a, 26b) for converting the second signal string into a second frequency spectrum; and sound reconstitution parts (27a, 27b) which converts the second frequency spectrum into a second audio signal in a time region.
