PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a propulsion device of a bicycle has possessed a big trouble in drive force, and the device has a structure in which right and left pedals and right and left cranks rotate a chain ring by the rotation of a bottom bracket shaft of a main shaft, however, the device constituted so as to integrally rotate may cause a large burden as the propulsion device. SOLUTION: The propulsion device of the bicycle is configured so that both pedals, both cranks, and the bottom bracket shaft of the main shaft rotate integrally with one another, and the chain ring is configured to generate an element of the rotation lever by means of a unique rotary structure at an outer diameter part of a right crank main shaft boss. Furthermore, by inserting a hexagonal spindle bolt into a spindle hole of the chain ring mounted into a spindle screw hole on the right crank, they are linked to each other to generate the principle of the rotary lever, thereby providing the bicycle capable of obtaining the drive force.
