PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform comfortable browsing by pre-reading even when icon data having a plurality of icon images like moving image contents and icon data having a single icon image like still image contents coexist. SOLUTION: First type icon data having one icon image per content item and second type icon data having the plurality of icon images per content item are input and stored in a temporary storage unit. Among the icon data stored in the temporary storage unit, an icon image is read from each of one or the plurality of icon data to be displayed and displayed. Then, in the display, regarding the second type icon data among the icon data whose icon images are displayed, a plurality of corresponding icon images are sequentially read from the temporary storage unit and sequentially displayed.
