PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce collision speed when a bed material is collided with an outer face of a heat transfer pipe by reducing air bubbles of fluidization gas, and reduce wear thinning of the heat transfer pipe due to collision of the bed material with the heat transfer pipe. SOLUTION: In this fluidized bed furnace 11, the heated bed material 12 is stored within a furnace body 13, and the heat transfer pipe 15 arranged in the bed material 12 is heated by making the bed material 12 flow by the fluidization gas 14. The fluidized bed furnace 11 includes a dispersion plate 17 forming gas inflow ports 20. A fixation layer 19 comprising second granular matters 22 is arranged on the dispersion plate 17, and the bed material 12 comprising first granular matters 25 is arranged on the fixation layer 19. The number of gas outflow ports 24 formed by gaps between the second granular matters 22 is formed to be larger than that of the gas inflow ports 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
