Further, an RFID tag having a memory portion for holding information on a wheeled vehicle and a communication device for exchanging information with the MD tag are set on the wheeled vehicle. When the external interrogator and the RFID tag exchange information with each other, the communication device holds information of a situation, for example, speed information, information on date and time, and the like in the memory portion in the RFID tag.
