<p>The present invention provides combination therapy methods of treating a proliferative disease (such as cancer) comprising administering to an individual an effective amount of a colchicine or thiocolchicine dimer and an anti-VEGF antibody. The method may further comprise administering an effective amount of a taxane. The colchicine or thiocolchicine dimer and the taxane (such as paclitaxel) may be present in the form of nanoparticles, such as nanoparticles comprising the drug and a carrier protein such as albumin.</p>
