<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the half-life of a glypican-3 antibody in the plasma, a pharmaceutical composition comprising a glypican-3 antibody having a controlled half-life in the plasma as an active ingredient, a method for producing the glypican-3 antibody, and a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition comprising the glypican-3 antibody as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are, the method for controlling the half-life of the glypican-3 antibody in the plasma by modifying an amino acid residue exposed on the surface of the glypican-3 antibody, the glypican-3 antibody whose half-life in the plasma is controlled by the modification of an amino acid residue, the pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody as an active ingredient, and the method for producing the pharmaceutical composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
