PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microcapsule which can manufacture a microcapsule of a uniform particle size. SOLUTION: A first polymer electrolyte solution 8 prepared by dissolving a first polymer electrolyte is extruded through a needle 2. At this time, the extruded first polymer electrolyte solution 8 is electrically charged by applying voltage on the needle 2 to be jetted as minute liquid droplets. By bringing a second polymer electrolyte solution 9 prepared by dissolving a second polymer electrolyte into contact with the jetted minute liquid droplets and by subjecting to reaction, a spherical interface consisting of a polymer electrolyte composite is formed to manufacture a microcapsule.
