<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic control technology capable of preferentially assuring the connection of a part of the traffic, when there is a traffic congestion in the C-plane of an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: A traffic distribution calculating apparatus 10, when the traffic is congested, calculates the number of distribution callings x<SB>i, k, l</SB>of a class i; a measuring period k, and a calling regulation session control apparatus l with the use of a connectable number of callings X of a congestion session control apparatus; a class i obtained from the calling regulation session control apparatus l; and the number of callings a<SB>i, k-1, l</SB>having a measuring period of k-1. In addition, the definition of class i calculates the number of distribution callings x<SB>i, k, l</SB>, by separating a dominant distribution class for preferentially securing the connection of a session start/change request (hereinafter to be referred to as "callings") from a non-dominant distribution class. Additionally, when the callings of the dominant distribution class become regulation-encountered, reconnection is conducted from the nondominant distribution class of the lowest priority to preferentially retry the connection of the regulation encountered calling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
