PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle necker by which display inside cannot be seen from the outside, and whose completion size becomes compact. SOLUTION: A postcard sheet 10 is folded in the vertical direction to an information sheet 20, the information sheet 20 and the postcard sheet 10 are further folded into two in the horizontal direction to be made into a leaflet, a sticking piece 40 is folded to be stuck to the back side of the leaflet. Since the folded leaflet can not be opened unless breaking a zipper 41, the leaflet is not released by mischief at store fronts, etc., and use of a hit lot, etc. in a campaign also becomes possible.
