PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of estimating inputtable/outputtable power of secondary battery in which estimation accuracy of inputtable/outputtable power of a secondary battery is improved. SOLUTION: The device of estimating inputtable/outputtable power of secondary battery estimates a current-voltage characteristic in accordance with the present state of the second battery on the basis of a plurality of current-voltage characteristics stored in advance and an estimation value of internal resistance of the secondary battery, and estimates the inputtable/outputtable power of the secondary battery on the basis of the estimated current-voltage characteristic of the secondary battery, an estimated value of an open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery, and predetermined upper and lower limit voltages of the secondary battery.
