PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a body cannot be operated via a USB and a battery cannot be charged so long as the battery is in the over discharged state, relating to an electronic apparatus that cannot start the body with a separate power supply from the USB. SOLUTION: A camcorder 101 includes a USB terminal 301, a charge circuit part 104 which receives power supply from the USB and a battery 201 for switching of discharging/charging of the electronic apparatus, a power supply part 102 which receives power supply from the charge circuit part, a remaining amount microcomputer 105 which controls the charge circuit part according to power supply from the USB and the battery voltage, and a microcomputer 103 which receives power supply from the power supply circuit and communicate with the USB remaining amount microcomputer to monitor the control state.
