PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly capture very small fluid droplets without interrupting the ejection of fluid droplets from nozzle openings. SOLUTION: The fluid jetting apparatus includes: a jetting section including a nozzle surface where nozzle openings are formed, configured to jet the fluid droplets from the openings; and a capturing section disposed in a position deviated from the openings on the nozzle surface, configured to capture the very small fluid droplets smaller than the fluid droplets generated when the jetting section jets the fluid droplets from the openings.
