<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device of a supercharger capable of stably preventing oil leakage regardless of the operation state of the supercharger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lubricating device 1A comprises a pair of oil seals 21, 22 for preventing oil leakage between a compressor chamber 6 and a bearing chamber 7 mounted with a distance in the axial Ax direction of a rotation shaft 4 on a partition wall 9 formed for sectioning the compressor chamber 6 of a turbocharger 2 and the bearing chamber 7 to receive oil supply and having a through-hole 9a for inserting the rotation shaft 4. A communication path 23 is provided for connecting a space S formed between the outer circumferential surface of the rotation shaft 4 and the inner circumferential surface of the through-hole 9a between the pair of the oil seals 21, 22, with an oil returning path 10 for returning the oil supplied to the bearing chamber 7 to an oil pan 11.
