PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector with excellent running cost. SOLUTION: The dust collector 1 includes filters collecting dust contained in air A. As at least one of the filters, main filters 30 formed by thermocompression bonding of synthetic fibers with diameters of 2-20μm are provided, the passing speed of the air A through the main filters 30 is set to 0.1-0.2 m/min.
