<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill storage device used in a vending machine, a money changer, a lending machine or the like of a game medium such as a Pachinko ball, miniaturized to be installable in a narrow space, and smoothly and certainly storing a bill without causing a bill jam even if a fold or a rumple or the like is present in the stored bill. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bill storage device storing a carried bill in an accumulation state includes: a bill wait part formed in a curved shape; and a curve-shaped bill storage part facing to the bill wait part, and including a press plate pressing the bills accumulated thereinside to the bill wait part side. Both the sides of the bill wait part are formed with bill guides including passage parts holding both the ends of the carried bill and push-up parts pinching the bills accumulated in the bill storage part with the press plate. The bill guide is formed in a curved shape in accordance with the shape of the bill wait part.
