<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a spherical structure, which produces a spherical structure stably and increases productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Droplets 3 of a liquid material in which fine particles are dispersed in a dispersion medium are dropped successively to the same position on a substrate 1 on the surface of which a liquid receiving layer 1A is formed, to form a spherical body 5 of the liquid material on the substrate 1.
