<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital oscilloscope capable of displaying skew clearly, achieving highly-accurate deskew adjustment, and determining more accurately deskew adjustment result confirmation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This digital oscilloscope is constituted as follows: an analog signal is converted into digital data by an A/D converter, and stored in a data memory as waveform data; data processing corresponding to a measurement object is performed to the waveform data as the need arises; and the waveform data or a data processing result is displayed on a display part through a display processing part. The display processing part can select and set at least a waveform display mode, an X-Y display mode, an X-Y display screen analysis mode and a deskew processing mode.
