<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily inhibit increase of fuel supply and reduction of HC emissions by improving combustion under a cold condition, with regard to a control device for a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device includes a recirculation passage 30 recirculating gas discharged from a specific air fuel mixture forming cylinder (#4 cylinder) during cold start to a first intake air passage 14 in which air sucked to other cylinders (#1-#3 cylinders) flows. The device includes a fuel injection valve 24 injecting fuel to the air fuel mixture forming cylinder during cold start.
