A power generation device in tire capable of producing high power comprises a rotary magnet (7) and a rotary weight (9) which rotate according to the variation in centrifugal force applied to the tire when a vehicle is running and the variation in circumferential acceleration, and a coil (6) located between two rotary magnets facing each other and generating a voltage by electromagnetic induction with the rotary magnets, wherein the rotary magnet and the rotary weight have an identical center line (X) of rotation, the rotary weight is formed so that the center of gravity is different from the center line of rotation, the rotary magnet is provided, in the plane orthogonal to the center line of rotation, with even number of regions adjoining in the circumferential direction circling around the center line of rotation, the adjoining regions are formed with magnetic poles different from each other, two rotary magnets facing each other are configured to rotate while maintaining such a state in which the regions formed with magnetic poles different from each other face each other, and the coil is equipped with a coil winding where a coil is wound tubularly to surround a space through which the flux generated between different magnetic poles of two rotating rotary magnets passes. |
