A management system for high frequency quenching comprises a quenching control section (70) for controlling high frequency quenching devices (10, 10A) based on setting condition data relating to the devices, a quenching monitor section (20) for monitoring quenching state by measuring the electric quantity in an electric circuit consisting of a high frequency inverter (11), a capacitor (12) and heating coils (14, 14A, 14B), and a data collecting section (80) which collects data about various sensors in the high frequency quenching equipment (10, 10A, 10B) when the high frequency quenching device (10) performs quenching of works (15, 15A, 15B) based on setting condition data outputted from the quenching control section (70), collects measurement data from the quenching control section (70), and then correlates the data about various sensors with the measurement data and stores the data.
