<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily and accurately judge reliability of an inference result of a medical decision support device. <P>SOLUTION: The medical decision support device performs an inference process to perform inference relating to a medical diagnosis on the basis of plural pieces of inputted medical information and to obtain an inference result, and performs a calculation process to calculate a degree of leaning toward the negative side or toward the affirmative side, regarding the inference result, with respect to each of a plurality of subsets including, as elements, medical information drawn from the plural pieces of the medical information. The medical decision support device provides a user with the inference result obtained by the inference process, and negative information indicating medical information contained in a subset in which a degree of leaning toward the negative side is calculated by the calculation process from among the plurality of subsets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
