<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED small bulb changeable to a small incandescent bulb without modifying the specification of a luminaire. <P>SOLUTION: In the LED bulb A, surface treatment is performed to an aluminum body 2 by means of sandblasting, a center hole 31 is opened with the exposed bottom of an LED 32 on a circular glass-epoxy substrate 3, and a power-line take-out hole 25 is eccentrically formed to communicate from the circular recess 23 of a lower part 21 to the storage recess 24 of an upper part 22. Accordingly, heat can be radiated excellently from the body 2 into the air, temperature can be lowered in each part, and thermal degradation can be prevented at the LED 32 and electronic components 33 to 37.
