PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program recorder that records programs according to the preference of a user in detail when a plurality of programs are timer recorded.

SOLUTION: The program recorder 1 includes: a keyword setting means (timer recording control part 18) to receive settings of a plurality of arbitrary keywords by a user; a priority setting means (timer recording control part 18) to receive a setting of priority by a user for each keyword; a program selection means (timer recording control part 18) to select a plurality of programs to be recorded by collating program information for each program with the keywords; a priority order determination means (timer recording control part 18) to determine a priority order of recording based on the priority of the keywords for each selected program; and a program recording means (recording part 20) to record the selected programs based on the priority order of the programs.
