<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granular salt for producing salt having a large content of minerals and presenting a required taste. <P>SOLUTION: The granular salt comprises particles having a particle diameter of 0.25 mm to 2 mm, and contains at least one of calcium, magnesium, potassium and sulfur present on the crystal surface of the particles, in an amount of from 4 to 22 mass% with respect to the whole weight of crystals in the granular salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
