<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light-transmissive electromagnetic wave shield member having high electromagnetic wave shielding and antireflection properties, and excellent strength and adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a filter for display which has conductive meshes on a base and a black resist layer on the conductive meshes includes, in order the processes of: laminating a metal thin film on the base; forming the black resist layer in a mesh pattern on the metal thin film by printing a black resist material on the metal thin film in the mesh pattern; forming the conductive meshes by etching the metal thin film at parts which are not covered with the black resist layer; and coating at least parts of side surfaces of the conductive meshes with the black resist layer by heating the black resist layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
