PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular navigation apparatus alleviating a load of a communication network. SOLUTION: A drive intention predicting apparatus 1 is provided with: a map information memory section 21 for storing map information; a GPS receiving section 5 for acquiring current position information of a vehicle; a vehicle speed sensor 6 for acquiring vehicle speed information of the vehicle; a distance calculating section 222 for calculating a distance between the current position of the vehicle and an arbitrary point, on a map on the basis of the current position information acquired by the GPS receiving section 5 and the map information stored in the map information memory section 21; and a meter 3 and an HUD 4 for displaying various information sets. The meter 3 has a remaining distance calculating section 31 for calculating a remaining distance through which the vehicle reaches the arbitrary point on the basis of the vehicle speed information acquired by the vehicle speed acquiring means and the distance calculated by the distance calculating means, and the HUD 4 displays remaining distance information about the remaining distance calculated by the remaining distance calculating section 31.
