PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor optical system that detects the best imaging position highly accurately and speedily, and an imaging optical system having the same. SOLUTION: The adaptor optical system attached to the image side of a main lens system so as to be detachable includes: a front group of negative refractive power; and a movable lens group of positive refractive power, which vibrates in the direction of an optical axis.
