PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass member mounting structure mounting a mass member to a fitting member having a cylindrical part in which a rubber bushing is fitted and reducing man-hours for mounting the mass member to the fitting member. SOLUTION: The mass member 3 is formed by processing a sheet of plate member, has a corrugation part 30 corrugated in a cylinder circumferential direction and is mounted to an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 20 of the fitting member 2 to extend in the cylinder circumferential direction.
