PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a cassette coil, capable of preventing damages to the insulation coating film of a coated conductive wire at manufacturing. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the cassette coil for forming an insulator 11 for securing an insulation property and a cassette coil 10 by winding a coated conductive wire 12 around the insulator 11, the coated conductive wire 12 is held to the insulator 11 with a pressing section 21 as a low-pressure clamping means; the coated conductive wire 12 is pressed and molded by means of a molding bar 25 for aligning the coated conductive wire 12; and the coated conductive wire 12 is wound around the insulator 11, the coated conductive wire 12 is held with the pressing section 21 as the high-pressure clamping means to form the cassette coil 10.
