PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain accuracy of application processing using mobile information, that varies with the passage of time, by stably acquiring the mobile information. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an information processing system which includes: an information communication terminal having an area change function for capturing a nearby base station in response to movement; and a mobile information communication unit communicable with the information communication terminal. The mobile information communication unit includes a communication means for receiving a signal requesting transmission of information related to a mobile and transmitting the information related to the mobile to the information communication terminal. The information communication terminal includes: a communication means for transmitting a signal, which requests transmission of information related to the mobile, to the mobile information communication unit and receiving the information related to the mobile transmitted from the mobile information communication unit; a storage means for storing the received information related to the mobile; an information processing means for executing predetermined information processing based on the information related to the mobile and an information processing program; and a display means for displaying an image.
