Provided is a liquid curable epoxy resin composition which has excellent storage stability and excellent curing properties, and provides a cured material having excellent properties, particularly excellent organic solvent resistance. To provide the liquid curable epoxy resin composition, a clathrate complex containing a carboxylic acid compound and at least one compound selected from a group consisting of imidazole compounds represented by formula (I) (wherein R1 to R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like) and 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]-undecene-7 (DBU) are compounded with an epoxy resin. In the liquid curable epoxy resin composition, a liquid epoxy resin or an organic solvent is used.
