NETWORK CONNECTION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A network connection communication system which allows billing and balance management of units difficult for a user to understand, to be carried out in terms of units that are easy to understand from the viewpoint of the actual purpose of use. The network communication system is provided with a means for expressing the unit price of network usage in terms of units that which a user can more intuitively understand in light of the purpose for which the network is being used. For example, the number of minutes connected (time), the number of books purchased and downloaded over the network, and the number of times another party is connected to for communication can be used depending on the purpose for which a service is used.
