PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine which can perform slow stop control near a bucket tilt end position, and which can also perform a load positioning operation and warm-up near the bucket tilt end position. SOLUTION: When a high-speed bucket tilt operation is started in a position (section A) farther than a section (section B) near the bucket tilt end position, the slow stop control is performed so that a bucket tilt speed can be forcedly decreased from a time when a bucket enters the section B. On the other hand, when the high-speed bucket tilt operation is started in a position (point S) in the section B, a position (point T) to start deceleration by the slow stop control is shifted to a position near the bucket tilt end position by a predetermined offset distance from the high-speed bucket tilt starting position (point S). Additionally, when the high-speed bucket tilt operation is started in a position (section C) approximately corresponding to the bucket tilt end position, the slow stop control is not performed.
