<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to reliably determine the move of a user's head and perform precise processing. <P>SOLUTION: A controller includes a control part 310 which specifies the move of the user's head from an angular speed detected by a head move detection part 200 and determines whether predetermined processing should be performed based on a setup value regulated respectively for each direction.
