<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a vehicle by making cutting operation of a power transmitting path by a clutch mechanism impossible in the case the cutting of the power transmitting path falls in an unsafe condition for the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This clutch device includes a detecting means such as a vehicle power source switch for detecting the situation of the vehicle, a seat sitting sensor and a slope road sensor, a clutch operation lock means 66 (a seat frame side electromagnet 67, a handle side electromagnet 68) for making cutting operation of the power transmitting path by the clutch mechanism impossible, and a controller for operating the clutch operating lock means in the case it is determined that the cutting of the power transmitting path falls in an unsafe situation based on the information from the detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
