<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange structure or a pipe joint capable of connecting a pipe with a nut preset to a bolt. <P>SOLUTION: The flange for connecting a pipe end includes a bolt mounting recessed part whose outer peripheral side is opened for mounting the bolt on the outer periphery of the flange from the outer peripheral side.
