<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress progress of deterioration of a heater attendant on heating caused by impressing different voltage values, in a heater device including a plurality of heaters, and enabling connection of power supplies having different voltages. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the voltage value of a power supply V impressed on a plurality of heaters 7, 12 is higher than a prescribed value, the heaters 7, 12 are connected in series, and when the voltage value of the power supply V is lower than the prescribed value, the heaters 7, 12 are parallel-connected. Thereby, an almost identical voltage is impressed on the single heater 7, 12 no matter when a power supply voltage is high or low, the heating state of the heater and thermal stress attendant on heating are almost stabilized, and progress of deterioration of the heater is suppressed.
