PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification system capable of performing appropriate notification according to a location of a mobile device. SOLUTION: The information notification system includes: the mobile device including a location information transmitting unit for transmitting location information indicating a current location, a notification information receiving unit for receiving notification information, and a message output unit for output of a message based on the notification information; and an information notification device including a location information receiving unit for receiving location information, a calculating unit for generating predetermined notification information corresponding to a current location of the mobile device based on the location information, and a notification information transmitting unit for transmitting notification information.
