Ž<P>SOLUTION: Concerning colloidal solution of metal nanoparticles having at least one of surface enhanced Raman activity function, the metal nanoparticle colloidal solution containing a detection sample is dropped onto a substrate having or setting a higher electrode potential than a metal electrode potential of a colloidal metal, and molecules adsorbed on the metal nanoparticle surface is irradiated with prescribed laser light in an aggregation process on the substrate of the metal nanoparticles, to thereby measure Raman scattered light generated from adsorbed molecules.
