PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting mechanism of a label without a mount cutting the label 2 without the mount into a single leaf label of a prescribed pitch without using a cutter blade, and peeling the label 2 in a condition adhered to a transferring belt 6, to which non-adhesive treatment is not given, from the transferring belt 6, and to provide a cutting method, a peeling mechanism, a peeling method, and the transferring belt thereof. SOLUTION: This invention aims at the device of the shape of the transferring belt 6 not subjected to the non-adhesive treatment, and it includes the transferring belt 6 with an endless belt base material arranged rotatably along the transferring passage 4 of the label 2 and a plurality of protrusions respectively stood independently on the surface of the endless belt base material to cover a prescribed area, and a belt deformation driving section 7 deforming the transferring belt 6 from its steady transferring form to a cut form while having the label 2 adhered to the transferring belt 6, and cutting a cut perforation 13 together with the deformation of the transferring belt 6 into the cut form.
