PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a post member for supporting a safety handrail on a net-like perforated plate cannot be firmly fixed upright in an optionally facing state of a receiving part of a handrail bar body provided at the post member. SOLUTION: This post member mounting apparatus can support the post member 13 in a state of being fitted into a cylindrical holder 1 arranged vertically on the expanded metal 11 by providing a central projection 9 fitted to a rhombic mesh 11a of the expanded metal 11, in a lower end center position of the cylindrical holder 1. The cylindrical holder 1 is provided with a fastening means 8 for pressure-bonding the lower end of the cylindrical holder 1 onto the expanded metal 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
