<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half-opened state detection device of an engine hood capable of more surely making an operator aware of the half-opened state of the hood. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The half-opened detection device 20 of the engine hood 4 includes a label member 25 which is stored in a clearance between the engine hood 4 and a cab 5, deviated from a visual confirmation region of an operator who is in a traveling operation attitude in the cab 5 when the engine hood 4 is located at a position locked by a main lock device, and appears by moving to the visual confirmation region of the operator who is in the traveling operation attitude of the vehicle when the engine hood 4 is released from a lock by the main lock device and is located at a floating position locked by a sub-lock device.
