PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition for a protective film, which forms a protective film having high hardness. SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition for the protective film has at least a binder resin, a multifunctional monomer, and a solvent, and the multifunctional monomer contains a phosphazene monomer represented by the general formula (1).
