PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and maintenance-free humidity control device capable of maintaining low humidity in an underground double wall space. SOLUTION: The humidity control device 10 installed within a flow passage for making waste water flow from the upper side to the lower side includes: an introducing part 18a which is opened toward the upper side of the flow passage and to which waste water is made to flow in; a storage part 18c having a bottom 11b continued to the lower side of the introducing part 18a and closed and storing the waste water made to flow in to the introducing part 18a; and an opening/closing part 18d capable of opening/closing inside and outside of the storage part 18b and opened by water pressure of the waste water only when a water level of the storage part 18b exceeds a predetermined level to make the waste water flow to the lower side of the flow passage.
