PURPOSE: A composition containing a compound which suppresses GSK3 movement is provided to suppress occurrence and progress of GSK3 movement-associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating GSK3-associated diseases contains a compound of chemical formula III, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, or isomer thereof as an active ingredient. The compound of chemical formula III is 1-(4-methoxy-2-methyphenyl)-3-(thiophene-2-ylmethyl)thiourea, N-(2-(3-(2-ethylhexyloxy)propylamino)-2-oxoethyl)furane-2-carboxamide, N-cyclohexyl-2-(3-hydroxy-3-(pyridine-2-yl)-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-8-yl)acetamide, or N-((1-(4-(morpholino sulfonyl)phenyl)pyperidine-4-yl)methyl)isonicotinamide.
