PURPOSE: An X-ray detector is provided to reduce the entire weight of an X-ray detector by forming a lower resin plate which is arranged in the lower part of an optical generation sheet into a relatively light compound resin. CONSTITUTION: A light detection substrate(100) detects light by converting light into electricity. An optical wavelength converting member(200) changes an X-ray which is applied from the outside to the light of the wave length which is absorbed in the light detection substrate. An optical generation sheet(300) generates light and offers it to the light detection substrate. A lower resin plate(400) which is composed of a transparent synthetic resin supports the optical generation sheet. A main support plate(500) supporting the lower resin plate is arranged in the lower part of the lower resin plate. |
