PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to accurately control the voltage of two electrodes even when a semiconductor layer exists below a conductor. CONSTITUTION: Plural third thin film transistors are connected to a second sub-pixel electrode, and plural first gate lines are connected to first and second thin film transistors. Plural data lines(171) are connected to the first and second thin film transistors, and plural gate lines are connected to a third thin film transistor. A capacitance electrode line(131) includes a capacitive electrode(137) overlapped with the drain electrodes of the third transistor.
