PURPOSE: A thermo sensitive pullulan-lactide copolymer, a nanoparticle manufactured therefrom, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the temperature sensitivity of the copolymer for the output rate of a drug inside the nanoparticle. CONSTITUTION: A thermo sensitive pullulan-lactide copolymer is formed by copolymerizing pullulan and lactide using an ester bond. A manufacturing method of a nanoparticle comprises the following steps: dissolving the thermo sensitive pullulan-lactide copolymer and a drug inside a solvent; performing a dialysis with the thermo sensitive pullulan-lactide copolymer solution for self-assembling the thermo sensitive pullulan-lactide copolymer, to produce the nanoparticle; and collecting the nanoparticle by freeze-drying.
